By ordering through this website you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
Orders
An order is confirmed only once payment succeeds. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we are closed; if so, you will be refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. HST (13%), tips and any delivery fee are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Pickup
Pickup times are estimates. Please bring your order number. Orders not collected by closing may be discarded without refund.
Delivery
Delivery is available within our Ottawa–Gatineau service area and is carried out by our delivery partner. Times are estimates. Please provide an accurate address and be available to receive your order.
Allergens and dietary needs
Our kitchen handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy, fish and sesame. We cannot guarantee any dish is allergen-free. Tell us about allergies in your order notes or call us before ordering.
Alcohol
If alcohol is offered, it is sold only to customers 19 or older with valid ID, in line with Ontario law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
